Get started with Discentik

Discentik provides interactive courses that help you practise using AI in real
work. A course can combine explanations, guided exercises, AI conversations,
evaluations, and document-writing activities.

Create your account

Select Create account, choose your country of residence, and register a personal
account when public registration is enabled. Eligible people aged 16 or over in
Ireland, Spain, the United States and Australia can use this route. Confirm your
email, then enter your date of birth and residence on the eligibility page.
Select Continue to my workspace
once access is approved. Public registration does not require a personal invitation.
Under the invitation-only staged policy, a current personal invitation is required,
including for existing accounts.

Discentik is not available in other countries yet. Existing accounts also need current eligibility;
organisation invitations do not bypass these checks. Organisation onboarding remains
separate from public personal-account registration.

You can browse course descriptions without signing in. Purchases, paid AI top-ups
and seller payments require separate commercial approval and the applicable account,
market, tax and provider checks. Registration alone does not enable them. Learning,
AI and authoring each depend on the permissions available to your account. Creating
an account does not grant unlimited AI use. People under 18 cannot author courses
or manage organisations; optional tracking remains off.

Early-access notices and feedback

Before accepting an early-access invitation, you see a notice explaining that bugs,
unfinished features and interruptions are possible. Read it and select
I understand, continue to accept your invitation. Reopening an invitation you
have already accepted does not ask you to acknowledge the notice again.

After you sign in, a compact early-access banner stays visible on pages with the
main Discentik navigation while the platform is in pre-release. Visitors browsing
without signing in do not see this banner. Use Report an issue or
Share feedback to open the relevant contact form in a new tab and keep your
work open. The banner goes away when early access ends.

Action feedback

Short confirmations and action errors appear as dismissible pop-up notifications
(toasts), including when secure checkout cannot start. Read the message before
retrying. Field corrections and information you need to continue, such as access
restrictions or a page that could not load, remain beside the relevant form or page.
These pop-ups are separate from the saved messages in your notification area.
Eligibility requirements appear in registration, invitations or an access check
when relevant; opening a page does not repeat an eligibility warning.

Your welcome notification

When you create an account, a Welcome to Discentik message appears in your
notification area. Open the bell in your workspace to read it, then select the
message to visit the Help Centre. It is sent once for a new account; signing in
again does not send another welcome.

Choose what you want to do

• Learn: Personal accounts continue enrolled courses from My Learning. Organisation
  accounts see only courses assigned by their organisation.

• Create courses: Personal accounts use the Instructor workspace. Organisation Content
  Authors use Organisation > Courses, where courses belong to the organisation.

• Manage a team: Use the organisation workspace to invite members, organise access,
  and review your team's learning.

The workspaces available to you depend on your account and organisation access.
Personal and Organisation activity are separate: an Organisation-linked account does not have
personal Instructor access or a personal course library. Read

Start learning

When public course discovery is available, the homepage shows up to three
published courses in the website's selected language. This selection uses learner
ratings, enrolments and recent updates; it is not a personalised recommendation.
If no matching courses are selected yet, you can open the learning walkthrough
instead. Browse courses opens the full catalogue, where you can change filters.

The walkthrough is followed by separate Canvas and Deep research examples, then an
overview of learning support and links to the Instructor and Organisations workspaces.
The research preview shows a prepared draft with the tool selected; it does not submit a request.

Open Explore to browse courses. Select a course to review its description and
learning outcomes. After you enrol, open My Learning whenever you want to continue.

Create a course

If you use a personal account with Instructor access, open the Instructor workspace
and select My Courses. If you are an organisation Content Author, open
Organisation > Courses instead. You can create a course, organise its stages,
preview it, and prepare it for publication from the relevant course workspace.

Find an answer

Opening the Help Centre starts with this Getting Started guide. Use Search
documentation above the left navigation and describe what you are trying to do.
Every available topic and guide is shown in the navigation by default.
Use the chevron beside a topic when you want to collapse or reopen its guide list.

Find your way around public pages

Choose About in the public navigation, or in the navigation menu on mobile,
to read Discentik's mission, follow its story from September 2025 to early access,
meet its creator and project collaborators, or start a conversation about investment
and strategic partnerships.
The About page presents Discentik's story in a centred timeline. Below the
creator and collaborator profiles, a Follow Discentik card links to the
company's LinkedIn page. The LinkedIn icon beneath the footer logo
also opens Discentik's company page. These links open in a new tab.

The public Learners, Instructors, Organisations, Teams and Education pages use
step-by-step product walkthroughs. Select a numbered step or scroll through the
story to change the prepared example. These demonstrations use fictional courses
and people; they do not change account or course data.

The footer groups links under Learn, Teach & organisations, and Help & company.
Under Help & company, choose Investment & partnerships
to open the investment enquiry form.
Use it to browse courses, see How It Works, find instructor and organisation
information, or Verify certificate. Privacy, terms and cookie choices are in the
bottom row, alongside Language. Your learning and management workspaces keep a
compact footer with help, support and legal links.
