Manage instructor access and discovery

Authorised Platform owners and admins use Platform Admin → Instructors to manage
personal Instructor access and discovery settings.

Search by name, email, or public display name, then filter by access, verification,
discovery, profile visibility, or suspension state. Results load in bounded pages;
select Load more to reach older instructors rather than narrowing a browser-only
snapshot.

Review the account type and course-responsibility count before changing a setting.
Enable Instructor access before changing verification or search discovery. A Business
account cannot receive personal Instructor access, and profile visibility can change
only after the instructor has created a public profile.

Each change checks the record version and commits with its Platform audit event. If
another administrator changed the record, refresh and review the latest value. If a
response is interrupted, retry the unchanged action; its request identifier confirms
the earlier result without applying it twice.
