Review Help Centre feedback
Use anonymous guide feedback to find documentation that needs improvement.
Updated 20 August 2026
Platform Admins with analytics access can review anonymous responses from published
Help Centre guides.
Open Help Centre feedback
Open the Platform Admin workspace.
Select Help feedback in the navigation.
Use Refresh when you want to load the latest responses.
The summary shows the total number of responses, how many were helpful, and the
overall helpful rate. The guide table shows the same signals for each published guide.
Decide what needs attention
Start with guides that have several responses and a lower helpful rate. Open a guide
from its title, follow the instructions as a user would, and check that the names and
steps still match the platform.
A guide with no responses is not necessarily a problem. It may be new or receive less
traffic. Avoid drawing conclusions from a single response.
How responses are handled
The Help Centre records one effective Yes or No choice per guide. For a
signed-in reader, the choice is linked to their account so submitting again from
another browser updates the same response. For a signed-out reader, the choice is
linked to an anonymous identifier stored in that browser. The analytics view shows
aggregated counts, not individual readers.
A reader can change their choice, which replaces the earlier response instead of
adding another one. Submission limits run in the background to protect the results
from automated or repeated voting. Readers who exceed the normal allowance may be
asked to complete a security check before continuing.
