Manage deadlines and certificates

Open My Learning to see the current state of each enrolled or assigned course.
Business assignments may include a due date. A course can be marked due soon or
overdue, but an overdue label does not by itself remove access.

Open the course card to continue. If the deadline appears incorrect, contact your
organisation rather than buying or enrolling again; organisation administrators own
assignment dates.

Certificates are available only for eligible courses after their completion rules are
satisfied. Open Certificates from the Learning workspace to review issued
certificates. If a completed course is missing, reopen it and check whether a required
stage, response, document, or passing evaluation remains incomplete.
