Read learning analytics
Use completion, activity, and attention signals without overstating what the data proves.

Open Business > Analytics to review the learners and courses within your
authorised scope. Organisation Admins and Learning Managers can see organisation-wide
learning; Group Admins see only their assigned groups.
Use completion and activity measures to identify follow-up needs, not to infer intent
or employee performance on their own. A low completion rate may reflect a recent
assignment, an approaching deadline, access friction, or a course-design problem.
Start with the completion funnel and course summaries, then open learner-level rows
when a specific follow-up is necessary. Compare the due date and assignment state
before contacting a learner. Exported information remains organisation data and should
be handled under your internal privacy and retention rules.
