Trouble signing in
Fix the most common sign-in problems, from a missing confirmation code to a forgotten password.

I didn't get the confirmation code
After you create an account with your email, we send you an 8-digit code.
Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
Still nothing? Select Resend code under the code boxes.
Type the newest code you received. Older codes stop working.
Keep the sign-up tab open while you wait. If you closed it, sign in with your email
and password and we'll ask for the code again.
The code says it's invalid or expired
Codes expire after a while, and only the newest one works. Select Resend code and
use the new code.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
Enter your email and select Send recovery link.
Open the email and follow the link.
Choose a new password under Set a new password.
Tip: you can also select Email me a magic link on the sign-in page to sign in
without your password.
I signed up with Google or Microsoft
Use the same button again to sign in. You don't need a Discentik password for these
accounts.
It says to confirm my email first
You created the account but haven't entered the confirmation code yet. Sign in and
we'll show the code step, or select the option to resend it.
I'm asked for my country and date of birth
We need these once to check that Discentik is available to you. If you've already
given them, you'll see a message saying you're all set, and you can select Continue to my workspace.
Still stuck?
